**Lost or Delayed Shipments: **

**Returns Due to Non-Delivery: **
- If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the item.
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must directly contact the United States Postal Service. If you have not received your package, please get in touch with USPS with the tracking number provided to you and file a claim. Once the claim has been filed, please update us with claim number and we will send out a replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
