- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must directly contact the United States Postal Service. If you have not received your package, please get in touch with USPS with the tracking number provided to you and file a claim.┬аOnce the claim has been filed, please update us with claim number and we will send out a replacement.┬аShipping fees are non-refundable.
