Refunds

At NaturalTouch by Nique, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases. However, we will do our best to rectify the problem.

**All Sales Are Final:**

- All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items:**

- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Please take a picture and email it to n.touchbynique@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name and order number in the email.
- We will provide instructions on returning the item or sending a replacement.
