- Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of placing an order.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we will ship to the address provided during checkout.

**Shipping Methods:**

- We offer standard shipping with estimated delivery times of 3-4 business days.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

**Shipping Charges:**

- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order.

**International Shipping: **

- We currently offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.

**Order Tracking: **

- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

**Lost or Delayed Shipments: **

- While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please contact the carrier for assistance in such cases.

**Returns Due to Non-Delivery: **

- If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the item.

- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must directly contact the United States Postal Service. If you have not received your package, please get in touch with USPS with the tracking number provided to you and file a claim. Once the claim has been filed, please update us with claim number and we will send out a replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
